1. PERIOD: Contest begins 2/27/25 and ends on 3/26/25 (the "Contest Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of Minnesota who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of the date of entry. Employees of SaveOn and their parent and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, children, grandparent or grandchildren) and/or household members of any persons referenced in this paragraph are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. TO ENTER: Limit one (1) entry per person. Choose one of the following procedures.
(1) Fill out this electronic form with your email, name, and phone number, check mark the terms and conditions, and click "SUBMIT"; or
(2) Print your full name, date of birth, e-mail address, street address (including city, state and zip code) and day and evening telephone numbers on one side of a 3"x5" index card; and mail it to: SaveOn, care of “Pot of Gold Contest", 880 W. Long Lake Rd., Suite 450, Troy, MI 48098 (P.O. Boxes are not permitted).

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, ineligible, damaged or misdirected entries or any typographical or other errors in the entry, printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prize. Incomplete entry forms will be considered void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER(S): Winner(s) will be determined by random selection each month in Troy, Michigan from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. After the drawing date, the potential winner will be notified by phone or e-mail, if he/she entered via the Promotion Website or Facebook. To be eligible to receive a Prize, Winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and award of prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winners must respond by email or phone within forty-eight (48) hours of the Administrator's first attempt to contact him/her in order to be eligible to claim the prize. If a winner responds, Administrator will request information from the potential winner to confirm preliminary eligibility. Prior to receiving Prize and except where prohibited, the potential Winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance and a Liability & Publicity Release, which must be received by Administrator within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. Additionally, Winner(s) will be required to provide tax identification number and other information reasonably necessary to enable Sponsor to fulfill any tax reporting requirements and confirm in writing in a form reasonably required by Sponsor that Winner and/or Winner's guests meet the eligibility requirements of section 2, above. If a Winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign documentation or provide the information referred to above or provide other information that may be required by law within the required time period, Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Prize to an alternate Winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. The Winner will be contacted regarding the fulfillment of the Prize within 4 weeks of the conclusion of the Contest and the Prize will be fulfilled by the designated business as soon as it becomes available. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

5. PRIZE(S): The Contest Prizes are as follows: One (1) winner will receive a $100 Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value, "ARV" $100.00). Official Winner will be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees and all other expenses associated with Prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly included in the Prize description. Gift Card awarded may differ from any items shown in promotional materials. The Winner will provide their Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting purposes as Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of any prize awarded and accepted. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute Prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Sponsor is solely responsible for providing elements of Prize to Official Winner. Winner(s) will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: All Prize(s) subject to availability. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at sole discretion of Administrator or Sponsor. Administrator or Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Administrator or Sponsor may change the number of prizes awarded in its sole discretion. No prize transfers permitted, except at Administrator's or Sponsor's discretion. Official Winner is solely responsible for any expenses and any other costs not described as part of the prize. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner(s).

6.5 RELEASE: By receipt of the prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, SaveOn, Facebook Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, limited liability companies, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, shareholders, directors, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

7. PUBLICITY/PRIVACY POLICY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes Winners' consent to Sponsor to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions associated with the event, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Such publicity shall be conducted in accordance with all relevant SaveOn policies.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Administrator's or Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. RELEASE/LIMITS OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AND WINNER AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, FACEBOOK, SAVE ON EVERYTHING AND THEIR RESPECTIVE BOARD MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM, CAUSE OF ACTION OF ANY KIND OR OTHER LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, TO ANY PERSON RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST RELATED ACTIVITY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TO NEGLIGENCE AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Contest, if it is possible. If the Contest, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Administrator, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Administrator reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

10. DISPUTES: The applicant by entering this contest agrees and waives the right to adjudicate claims arising out of or relating to this contest or contest rules in a judicial form and opts instead to arbitrate any dispute, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the contest or contest rules, or breach thereof, or any other legal or equitable claims relating to these rules, shall be settled exclusively by final binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and any judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration procedure, as well as the outcome, shall be kept confidential by both parties to this contest.
